As the son of an orthopedic surgeon, I learned early the satisfaction of helping others in need. My Kinesiology degree from UCLA introduced me to the fascinating field of prosthetics and orthotics, a field I have passionately worked in for over 40 years. When not devoted to work, I am devoted to my wife of over 37 years, who has encouraged me every step of the way.

My career path in prosthetics has taken me from studying to teaching to volunteering internationally. I enjoy working with my hands and working with people. Working as a team with John, Armando, and Debbie, we are able to offer innovative solutions and that is as satisfying to us as it is to our patients.

The biggest takeaway from the 34 years that I have worked here is all the great people I have met as patients whom I hope I have been able to make more comfortable in their new physical circumstances. We literally see people come in a wheelchair and eventually see them walk out. The team and I put great efforts in trying to improve people's lives.

I have worked at Innovative Prosthetics since 2003. Under the guidance of John Morales and in the last few years, additionally, Jon Batzdorff. I have learned so much. The reason I enjoy working here is that I get the satisfaction of knowing I had a part in changing someone's life for the better. In my free time I enjoy playing soccer, watching movies, and spending time with my daughter.
