I have been very fortunate to have selected Innovative Prosthetics back in 2016. In the months before contacting their clinic, I had suffered from a blood infection and septic shock, resulting in the amputation of both hands and both legs, below the knee. I am a disabled veteran, and was previously a survivor of AL Amyloidosis, which caused me to need a heart and kidney transplant. John Morales, Jon Batzdorff, and Debra Adams have all been a true Godsend for me in outfitting me with highly functional and comfortable leg prostheses and state of the art Myoelectric hands. I cannot fully describe how accommodating and friendly this clinic team has been to me in allowing me to walk unaided again, drive a car, offering me much more independence in everyday life. As a former national champion Masters racing cyclist, I was devastated to become disabled, but they worked diligently with me to design and outfit me with a custom trike which allows me to return outside for frequent, safe and enjoyable exercise. They have a top notch reputation with the VA San Francisco, which makes all my insurance worries disappear. As a quadruple amputee, I sometimes require unexpected adjustments to my gear, and their response has been so fast, sometimes outside of clinic hours, to get me back in action. They have been in business for many years in downtown Santa Rosa, and I highly recommend them for any orthotic or prosthetic needs.
